INTERNATIONALES TEAM
Unser Team praktiziert seit Jahren erfolgreich das agile Arbeiten nach Scrum. Wir glauben,
dass unterschiedliche Hintergründe zu neuen und spannenden Perspektiven führen. Deshalb
sind wir ein internationales Team und unsere Teamsprache ist Englisch.

FLEXIBLES ARBEITEN
Im Kernzeitraum arbeiten wir zusammen - vom Büro und dem Homeoffice aus. Darüber hinaus sind
wir so flexibel, wie es dein Leben benötigt. Du triffst die Wahl über dein Betriebssystem und
welches Notebook du bevorzugst.

ON-BOARDING
Dein Groove-In Buddy hilft dir ab deinem ersten Tag beim Projekteinstieg und alle Abläufe und
Zusammenhänge zu verstehen. Zudem finden schon innerhalb deiner Probezeit mehrere Feedback
Meetings statt, damit wir von Beginn an bestmöglich zusammen durchstarten können.

PERSÖNLICHE ENTWICKLUNG
Wir unterstützen externe Weiterbildungen und Konferenzbesuche. Dafür stellen wir dir jedes Jahr
ein Weiterbildungsbudget zur Verfügung. Außerdem bietet dir unsere Creators Time 4 Stunden /
Woche die Gelegenheit, Neues auszuprobieren und zu schaffen.

About us

TEAM WORK
Our team has been successfully practicing agile working according to Scrum for years. We
believe that different backgrounds lead to new and exciting perspectives. Therefore we are
an international team and our team language is English.

In the core period we work together - from the office and the home office. Beyond that, we are as
flexible as your life needs us to be. You make the choice about your operating system and which
notebook you prefer.

COMPANY ON-BOARDING
Your Groove-In Buddy will help you from your first day onwards to understand all the processes
and contexts. In addition, several feedback meetings will take place during your probationary period
so that we can start together in the best possible way right from the start.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We support external training and conference attendance. For this purpose, we provide you with an
annual training budget. In addition, our Creators Time offers you 4 hours / week the opportunity to
try out and create something new.
